AYURVEDA rituals for women

The approach of Ayurveda is based in sensitivity and inner guidance, both qualities that pertain to the feminine. Using Ayurvedic principles to care for women's health is naturally effective, stimulating intuition, while making self-care easy and more responsible.

ALIVE AYURVEDA RITUALS FOR WOMEN nurtures the feminine spirit, through sensuality, meditation, and relaxation.

THE GRACE OF BEING A WOMAN

Invoking the Tantric Goddesses

The Tantric tradition views the feminine as the essence of creative power. Each one of the 10 Tantric Goddessesexpands our consciousness through a specific quality. Their soulful fierceness reminds us of our own potential, manifesting as guides to spark our inner light. AYURVEDA RITUALS FOR WOMEN is an invitation to listen to their wisdom, bathe in their grace and strength.

As women, we have a unique responsibility. Ultimately, we are neither male nor female. However, the sensitivity of a women's body naturally carries the gifts of trust and creation, as it embraces the mystery of life, receiving its seed and cherishing it to birth.

This retreat sets the space for an experiential inquiry into daring to embody the receptive qualities of the feminine, and consciously honor our true gifts. There is no guidance, nor focus on personal themes, but a space of exploration where is possible to remember our essential qualities, finding a deeper sense of inner balance as a solid ground for the integration of the male principle.

When male and female energies merge in the awareness of pure presence, we find dignity beyond duality. Intuition and expression, stillness and movement, silence and sound merge into the awareness of NOW. This understanding happens beyond words, in a vibrational language that is being called upon at this time of shifts and challenges.

The goddesses will be invoked through daily rituals, including Tantra-Yoga, breath awareness, meditative movement with elements of traditional Indian temple dances and mudras, Ayurveda body care, meditations related to the specific aspects of each goddess, silence, and open sharing. The language of Ayurveda bridges lifestyle, creative expression, and meditation, as ONE path. At all levels, health means wholeness.

The dates chosen for this retreat coincide with Navratri, a traditional goddess celebration all over India. Simultaneously, a retreat for men will take place at a location nearby, in the same spirit. For the last 2 days, women and men will meet to share in celebration and silence.

The beauty of Bali offers an ideal setting for this unique experience. Accommodation and daily activities will be at Zen Resort Bali– an exclusive resort dedicated to support programs which promote health, healing and meditation. Menu is gourmet vegetarian with a care for organic ingredients.
