During 2010, Komala and Shaan will take a sabbatical from teaching.
Komala is spending a few months in Brazil, while writing a book entitled “Intimacy – Relationships and Sexuality in the Light of Ayurveda”, due for publication by Obooks in august 2010, and later also in the German version, by Innenwelt Verlag.
Shaan is getting a diving certification and receiving further training in deep tissue bodywork.
MUSIC
If you like music, please check the sites of two dear friends – Thomas Clements and Mariana Ingold. Their work is deeply touching in different styles. They use the voice as an instrument of awareness, joy, openness, revelation of heart and soul.

YOGA STUDIO
Nicole Konrad has opened a wonderful space in Koln dedicated to Yoga and Ayurveda. OPEN LOTUS offers classes, workshops throughout the year, as well as, a special boutique and a vegetarian gourmet cafe.
